Digital Government Consulting: We guide digital transformation journeys from strategy to implementation with our expertise in the TOGAF Enterprise Architecture methodology and 25 years of experience implementing digital government applications.
Digital Government Applications: We have built and deployed more than 80 government applications for the Singapore Government and other global government agencies encompassing domains in healthcare, business licensing, the judiciary, weather information, intellectual property management, trade statistics, training funds management, event ticketing, customer relationship management, school admission, medical claims, commercial property rental, waste management and human resource management.
Government Digital Services Platform: We specialise in developing Digital Services Platforms for governments on which digital services can be rapidly developed and deployed. We built the Public Services Infrastructure (PSi) for the Singapore Government, which deployed more than 1600 government digital services. We have exported this digital services platform technology to Brunei, Qatar, and the Bahamas.
Toppan Digital was interested in the code generation capabilities, and lock-in concerns many customers. The latest version of our digital services platform, known as KAIZEN, is a Low Code platform that enables the complete end-to-end development & deployment of digital services. It incorporates state-of-the-art Observability and Monitoring capabilities to identify where bottlenecks and inefficiencies are at runtime effectively. It also supports Digital ID and Generative AI out of the box.
Digital ID Solutions: An electronic identity for online activities, transactions, and verification. This system can help individuals apply for home ownership, access health services, register businesses and banking services, creating a comprehensive digital ecosystem. Digital services built with our KAIZEN platform will support Digital ID out of the box.
Business Licensing Systems: We specialise in developing platforms that provide businesses with a single portal for applying and managing multiple business licenses across different government agencies. This system, which is popular with governments due to its positive effect on the economy, has been exported to Brunei, Namibia, and Fiji.
Judiciary Systems: Another area of specialisation is a paperless, multi-agency system that enables the judiciary to conduct criminal proceedings efficiently and electronically. This system links multiple stakeholders, from police investigations to medical examiners.
